Your order will be processed in 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped you will receive a shipment notification with tracking number.
Please use the mailing address where you believe your packages will be most secure for delivery. Once shipped, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.
Double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

At RISES and FLOWS all of our products are carefully inspected before being shipped. Due to the nature of our products, items will only be replaced or refunded if damaged during shipment.
Should you receive damaged product(s), notify us by email at risesandflows@gmail.com within four (4) days of delivery along with order number and photographs detailing the damage (to both product(s) and packaging) in your initial correspondence.
You will be contacted within 48 hours regarding next steps to initiate your return or refund, if qualified. Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) business days of notification, bank processing times will vary based on your banking institution.

We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law.
